"Came here for a refreshing drink after a hike and the choices are many. There’s something for everyone for sure. They also had several ongoing promotions so it’s best to check out their poster outside their door so that you know which promo you’d like to avail. We had the 2 drinks for $8 and then decided to upgrade to a large with $0.50/drink. It was a great deal. I had the iced honey green tea and my friend had the lychee with jelly. We were both happy with our order. There were a lot of people in line but the order taker was quick and efficient but still polite and patient despite the line up. There is seating available and we were able to get a seat, more people were doing take out. It felt a bit dirty but it was the end of the afternoon so it’s understandable."

"The drinks are as expected here (good, standard). Fast service. Nice café vibes, good amount of seating, clean. Came here for their buy 2 large get a free plushie promo, and was not disappointed. Would love to come back and enjoy their great ambiance. Had their (hot) nespresso oat latte, pearls, 30% sugar and it was great. Bold, smooth, creamy, fresh & chewy tapioca."

As a regular bubble tea enthusiast, I had certain expectations, and Chatime met them well. The drinks, as anticipated, were spot on. I ordered two of my usuals: a large Mango Green Tea with coconut jelly, no sugar, and less ice, as well as a large Jasmine Milk Tea with coconut jelly, no sugar, and less ice. Both were prepared just as I like them—flavourful and refreshing without being overly sweet. The service at this location was impressively quick. Despite a moderate crowd, my order was ready in just a few minutes, allowing me to enjoy my drink without unnecessary delay. The staff were efficient and courteous, which enhanced the overall experience. The café itself has a nice vibe, offering a clean and inviting atmosphere with a good amount of seating available. It’s a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy your drink, whether you’re alone or with friends. The cleanliness of the space also stood out, adding to the pleasant ambiance. While my experience was largely positive, I would note that the drinks were as expected, but not exceptional. For this reason, I’m giving Chatime a solid 4 out of 5 stars. "chatime is 10/10 very drinkable. strawberry milk tea with brown sugar pearls is the bomb. chatime is very affordable (im broke) and brings me joy. every child should get boba and be happy. staff has been nice everytime i come here."
